  • We will at no cost to the customer offer a free telephone analysis.
  • We will ask a series of questions to determine the technical problems you are experiencing.
  • We will guide through a pre analysis procedure.
  • We will give you a cost analysis on what to expect.
  • Our trained Technical support staff will set up an appointment with you once you have decided to proceed with the on-site Technical Service.
  • A request to secure payment is at the discretion of the service manager. Upon arrival on-site our trained Technician will verify the problem with you.
  • Our trained Technician will document the problem and request your signature for approval to proceed.
  • On completion of the problem resolution you will then be given a service report.
  • Based on Epson's policy, a 90 day warranty will be given on the problem resolved.
