By 1987, we focused on being an authorized service center, at which time our first representation of Commodore™ computers occurred. Toshiba, Epson America, Fujitsu, Hewlett Packard, Digital AST™, and Leading Edge also signed us as their technical service center.
To reflect the services offered, we changed our name to Bytes Computer Service Inc. We then concentrated on entering the point-of-sale market because of its vast retail client potential. Narrowing our focus on small-to-medium retail businesses, a selection of MicroBiz and The General Store was made due to their proven software.
Products Expansion
Dedicated to quality and professional service, we introduced custom-built systems with top-of-the-line components and options in 1986. We offer one-on-one consultations and encourage customer interaction. High-end servers from Digital, IBM, and Hewlett Packard can be special ordered and networking products, such as routers, bridges, and concentrators, are also available. A name change to Bytes Computer Systems and Service Inc was registered to reflect the total image of the services offered.
Adjusting to Changing Times
As technology changes, we definitely adjust professionally. With the vast computer networks in today's business, we have become a small business specialist certified by Microsoft and their Small Business Server operating system. Our name changed to Bytes Computer Networks Inc. to represent specializing in the professional industry. Later on in 2014, we officially became Bytes Computer Technical Support Inc. Inc. to encompass all of our services.
